what it does

Professional is a training and certification system designed to ensure that the staff at car dealerships are competent to sell the various financial products that they offer to customers. The system allows the administrators to set up various assessment tests that a user has to take and then allows the user to take the tests, scores the test and records the results.

Failed tests, or tests that are not taken on time are then escalated through emails and reports to enable management to keep track of which employees are competent to sell each product at any given moment. The Financial Services Authority (FSA) requires anyone selling financial products to be competent (and more importantly able to prove their competence) at all times, and the system provides a simple and reliable way for car dealerships to be able to implement this.
